Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 

 Bombay Hill Fine Wine and Spirits - Bombay Hospo 2022 Limited, 193 Clarkin Road, Fairfield, Hamilton 3214 has made an application to the District Licensing Committee at Auckland for the issue of an Off Licence in respect to the premises situated at 2038 Great South Road, Bombay 2675.

 The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is as a Bottle Store. The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are Monday to Sunday 11am to 9pm. 

(Online notice 8/03/22). The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the offices of Auckland Council at Orewa, Henderson and Manukau; or by requesting a copy to alcohol_licensing_central@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz. 

Any person who is entitled to object and wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 15 working days after the first date of the publication of this notice on the site www.alcoholnotices.co.nz, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee, Auckland Council, Private Bag 92300,Victoria St West, Auckland or to the email address above.
