Kelly Sport : Private before school sports programme.
An open invitation to all year 5 - 8 students to participate in our academy programme.

The programme is limited to 14 students and will run on Monday mornings from 7:30am - 8:30am starting in week 2 of term 2. This programme is offered at other Franklin schools e.g. Valley.  The programme runs for 8 weeks in total and will take into consideration the public holiday on June 6th as a missed week. The programme normally runs for two terms and if there is enough interest then we could look to run another programme either starting in term 4 of this year or term 1 of 2017.  If you sign up for the programme, please note that it's a private arrangement between yourselves and Kelly Sport, which is hosted on the school site.

THE ADVENTURES OF TOM SAWYER by Mark Twain adapted by Mike Hudson
Tom Sawyer is a 12 year old force of nature with a thirst for action and excitement. Over one summer, Tom visits
a graveyard at night, steals his first kiss from Becky Thatcher and, with his best friend Huckleberry Finn, tracks
the murderous Injun Joe and his stolen gold. Mark Twain’s classic story about growing up in a small town on the banks
of the Mississippi is a joyous leap into the great river of time and memory. Conjuring all the mystery and magic of
childhood, Auckland Theatre Company presents this famous coming-of-age story that the whole family will treasure.

Concerns & Compliments
Parent concerns
Teachers are always available to discuss any issues that arise concerning your children. Please contact your child’s teacher to make an appointment time.  We want to foster strong home and school partnerships with the aim of giving the children our best always. If you feel matters are not resolved after meeting your child’s teacher, please see the senior teacher.  Senior teachers will always keep school management in the loop. Together we will work toward a positive resolution.  Of course compliments are wonderful to receive too :)
