Jammies in June
On Friday 24 June we will be collecting for this very worthy cause. Children can come to school in their Pyjamas with a gold coin donation. We will then forward funds raised to Starship Hopsital. A big thank you to Jason Rose who has kindly donated 3 vices for our Junior Woodwork. These will be put to good use.
Neighbourhood Watch
Last week, during the thunder storms and heavy rain, there were 2 shed burglary's in Chamberlain Road, Bombay.  We believe both burglaries occurred at the same time, and both were next door to each other.  Our sheds were broken into, and the same items were stolen.  Push along mowers, chain saws, tool boxes and crow bars.  The Police advised that the organised group of Robbers, wait for particularly bad weather, when dogs and people hide away indoors.  They come at night time, and they disconnect security lights, then break open padlocks, before entering sheds.  We were advised that after insurance claims have gone through, these gangs will appear again in about 3 months.  This highlights the need for extra vigilant neighbourhood watch around all areas of Bombay.  Any suspicious vehicles/people, to be reported to our local Police station with car rego, in any suspicious circumstances.

Survey :
This year the school closed for an extra day on Queen's Birthday weekend, thereby creating an extra-long weekend break.  When the new board meets at the end of the month, one of its tasks will be to set the term dates for 2017.
The board will want to know what your views are. Have your say below and please don't forget to click SUBMIT at the end.
In order for the board to limit the survey to current parents we will ask you a few identifying questions in the survey.
What is your name please? *
What are the names of all your children who are currently enrolled at the school? *
What is your cellphone number please? *
Are you in favour of an extended Queen's Birthday weekend in 2017? *
(Optional) Is there anything related to this survey that you would want the board to consider?
Thank you for participating. Please click the blue SUBMIT button below. You will receive a confirmation message if you've successfully submitted the survey.
