I am the Secretary of Bombay School working in the office which is the first point of contact for many people arriving at Bombay School.
I started working here in 1997, the year the school celebrated its 125th Jubilee and 60th Calf Club Day.
Lots have things have changed since then, and the list of duties I do during the day has changed dramatically.
Our roll has grown and where as there was only me in the office when I started, we now have two of us to get through all the work that needs to be done.
A very busy place where you never know what each day will bring.
I look after all the student data and information involved when a student enrols at the school, all the financial items (payments, receipts, banking, board reports etc), first aid, preparation for big events, like Calf Club.
Technology is a passion of mine and I enjoy solving problems in relation to computers in the school. I can put my hand to most things.
In my 'spare time' I enjoy reading, doing gardening, supporting my husband with his Motorsport endeavours and I umpiring at the the Netball Centre in Pukekohe, I also coach umpires with their Theory Exams and towards their Practical Umpiring Badges.
